U.S. Payroll Director

Leading payroll operations across 32 countries, the full-time Regional Payroll Director, Americas will ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery while managing a diverse team and collaborating with various departments in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee accurate and timely payroll delivery across the Americas, managing regional teams and external providers Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including year-end reporting and employee tax statements Lead payroll accounting processes, partnering with finance teams to ensure accurate financial close and reporting Required Qualifications University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience At least 10 years of progressive payroll experience with significant leadership responsibility in multi-country payroll operations Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll operations and taxation, along with practical experience in Latin American payroll Experience managing in-house, outsourced, or co-sourced payroll models and geographically dispersed teams Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
