Leading the creative process for immersive experiences, the full-time U.S. Creative Director will generate and pitch original concepts, prototype interactive solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Generate and pitch original creative concepts, translating client goals into concept art, storyboards, and interactive prototypes Lead early client conversations during business development trips to identify friction points and propose improved experiences Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers through discovery, brainstorming, and rapid prototyping across various engagements Required qualifications A portfolio showcasing original creative concepts across digital and/or physical experiences Strong ideation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate concepts visually and verbally Experience working in quick-paced, rapid-prototyping environments Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus Curiosity about user-centered design and engaging experiences
