U.S. Controller

Owning the U.S. finance operations, the full-time remote U.S. Controller will manage month-end close processes, oversee payroll and 401(k) administration, and ensure accurate accounts payable and receivable while partnering with the CFO on global finance initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage the U.S. month-end close, including financial statements and audit documentation Oversee payroll processing and 401(k) plan administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and vendor payments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of accounting experience with ownership of month-end close processes Experience with U.S. payroll and 401(k) plan administration Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting systems like QuickBooks Proactive approach to process improvement and automation in finance functions
