This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is responsible for managing multiple requisitions while meeting client expectations and delivery timelines.The Staffing Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and placement of candidates. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines and meeting client demands. This position is ideal for a staffing professional who is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and contributing directly to operational success and client satisfaction.What You Will Be Responsible For:Manage 10 to 20+ active requisitions across multiple clients and job categoriesSource, screen, and place candidates for light industrial, clerical, and administrative rolesCoordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding processesMaintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future staffing needsUtilize recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to attract talentEnsure compliance with onboarding requirements, including I-9s and background checksPartner with account managers and clients to prioritize hiring needsMaintain communication with candidates to improve engagement and retentionTrack recruiting activity and placements within ATS systemsSupport workforce deployment and assignment management as neededPerformance Environment:High-volume staffing environment with continuous hiring needsFast turnaround expectations based on client demandDaily recruiting activity including sourcing, outreach, and candidate submissionsPerformance measured by fill rate, time-to-fill, and retentionAbility to adapt to changing priorities and client needsCollaborative team environment with operations and leadershipRequired Experience:2 to 5+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in an agency environmentExperience recruiting for light industrial, administrative, or clerical rolesAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting toolsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work in a deadline-driven, performance-based environmentStrong communication skillsPreferred Background:Experience supporting government or municipal staffing contractsExposure to MSP, VMS, or high-volume staffing programsFamiliarity with compliance-driven hiring environmentsExperience with both temporary and direct hire placementsExperience in onsite or high-volume staffing modelsCompensation:Compensation is commensurate with experience and is expected to range between $45,000 and $55,000 annually, with additional performance-based earning potential tied to placements and overall recruiting performance.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:A & Associates is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce.
