1st Shift Turret Driver

In this role, you'll operate a Raymond Turret/Swing Reach Lift to support inventory movement, order picking, and put-away activities while helping keep our warehouse running efficiently.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key. As part of a smaller team, you'll have the opportunity to cross-train in different warehouse functions and assist where needed to support daily operations and customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Raymond Turret/Swing Reach Lift
- Perform put-away and order-picking tasks
- Maintain inventory accuracy and attention to detail
- Cross-train in additional warehouse functions
- Assist with warehouse tasks as business needs require
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous Raymond Turret/Swing Reach Lift experience required
- Ability to pass an equipment skills assessment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
