Role Overview
Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your Turkish language expertise to real-world audio evaluations. This remote contractor role focuses on assessing Turkish speech and providing clear English-language feedback that supports language understanding and generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to Turkish audio clips and assess the nativeness and fluency of speakers or model outputs.
- Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
- Document evaluations in clear, concise English, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
- Provide detailed reasoning for each assessment to support consistent results.
- Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve language-content ambiguities.
- Share insights that help strengthen AI performance in Turkish language understanding and generation.
- Complete assigned audio-review work accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.
Qualifications
- Native-level Turkish proficiency, spoken and written.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, including strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain nuanced linguistic differences clearly.
- Experience in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
- Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.
- No prior AI experience is required.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $30 to $65 per hour.
