We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Turf and Plant Care Director to lead and grow our fertilization service line. What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing effective fertilization and treatment plans.


• Managing client sales and providing outstanding support to meet their landscaping needs.


• Leading and organizing the fertilization team, delegating tasks efficiently.


• Driving the growth of our fertilization service line with innovative ideas and strategies.


• Ensuring compliance with licensing and DOT medical card requirements.


• Collaborating with the broader team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in fertilization or a related field.


• A strong understanding of fertilization techniques, treatment plans, and industry best practices.


• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.


• A self-starter attitude with a passion for growing and improving services.


• Strong communication and delegation skills to lead and inspire your team.


• A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
