As a rapidly growing and highly successful company, Unitek is also a great place to pursue a rewarding and challenging career.Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid work opportunity that will require an onsite presence in either Irvine, CA or Tempe, AZ.Job Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/AnthologyCollaborate with ERS and Registrars in identifying tuition billing issues and efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process.Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) of tuition billing process.Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions.Ensures ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards.Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation and Qualifications:2 + years of business office or accounting experience requiredPreference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in the tuition billing operations for an institution of higher learningExcellent customer service, oral and written communicationAbility to work effectively as a member of a team.Efficiency in MS OfficeExperience in Campus Nexus/Anthology preferredAbility to meet deadlines and execute multiple priorities.Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems.Meet verification standards as determined by UNITEK.Works with a sense of urgency and responsivenessExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailStrong time management skillsAbility to multi-task in dynamic and changing environmentAdditional InformationWe Offer:Medical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment2 Weeks' starting Vacation per year.
