With a strong, collaborative culture, and a true people-first approach, Dearing isn't just a place to work, it's a place to grow, make an impact, and thrive.1st Shift Tubing Assembly TechnicianThe 1st shift Tubing Assembly Technician bends stainless metal tubing, according to specifications, for use in compressor packages by performing the following duties.Plans tubing job by laying out stainless metal tubing to fit connections on a compressor package.Cuts tubing to required length using a hand tool.Beads, burrs, and flares tubing.De-burrs inside diameter after cutting.Bends tubing by hand using bending tools to conform to required routing on compressor package.Connects tubing to compressor packages using appropriate fittings, and secures tubing, as required.Checks tubing connections.Air tests all tubing runs.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
