The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of lab environments, including physical racking, cabling, and baseline configuration. Key tasks include developing and maintaining 'as-built' documentation, integrating new hardware through network configurations, directing daily lab operations, and coordinating resources with internal engineering leads and vendors. The role involves implementing security protocols, managing inventory and logistics, planning facility layouts, and conducting general administrative activities.

Required Skills
Knowledge of network architecture, design, and implementation
Familiarity with routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, ISIS
Familiarity with switching protocols such as STP, LACP, VTP
Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship
Experience in creating technical documentation
Ability to brief designs to review boards
Ability to learn and implement new technologies independently
Optional Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience with customer and personal service principles
Proficiency in technical writing for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong time management and critical thinking skills
Ability to solve complex infrastructure problems
Equipment selection skills
Good manual dexterity and near vision capabilities
