Technology Infrastructure Project ManagerTRP is looking for a Technology Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives. This is a hands-on PM role supporting projects such as network modernization, data center migration (exit), and platform/hardware lifecycle upgrades. The team currently has a few FTEs and one contractor; this new contractor will help manage infrastructure projects end-to-end — from planning and reporting through delivery and stakeholder communication.Key Focus AreasData Center Exit & Cloud Migration: Moving on-prem hardware to co-location or cloud environments.Platform Upgrades: Managing projects related to hardware or software end-of-life (e.g., Windows 11 or Server 2012 migrations).Infrastructure Modernization: Network, server, storage, and security-related initiatives.Top Skills & ExperienceStrong project management skills (creating project plans, issue/risk registers, reporting, stakeholder comms).Solid understanding of technical infrastructure (network, servers, storage, cloud, and security).Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.PMP certification preferred (not required).Experience managing both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) projects.Strong communicator able to tailor messaging to technical teams and executive sponsors.Background in large, enterprise-scale environments is strongly preferred.Candidates from financial services or similarly complex industries are ideal.Tools & SystemsServiceNow – for project tracking and navigation.Microsoft Project – primary project management tool.Jira – used for Agile/Scrum boards and project tracking.Microsoft Planner and Excel – also used frequently for tracking/reporting.Flexible on tool choice depending on project/team needs.Team & Work EnvironmentTeam sits within the Technology Infrastructure group.Collaborative environment, interacting with network, server, storage, and cloud teams.Larger IT org structure means PMs must be comfortable navigating multiple siloed teams.Interview ProcessInitial Phone Screen with Katie Gardner (technical & personality fit).Panel Interview (virtual): 3–4 participants (Katie, another PM, and a senior leader).30–45 minutes each.Mix of technical and behavioral questions.Additional NotesManager is flexible on hybrid schedule and interview logistics.Strong preference for candidates who can manage complexity and communicate across diverse technical groups.No hard end date at 6 months — long-term need likely.
