TSUGAMI Screw Machine OperatorLocation: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $24-$25/hr (based on experience)Alltex is currently seeking a skilled TSUGAMI Screw Machine Operator to support precision manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Swiss-type CNC machining and a strong understanding of TSUGAMI equipment.Responsibilities:Set up and operate TSUGAMI screw machines to produce high-precision componentsRead and interpret blueprints, job orders, and specificationsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiencyPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issuesInspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring toolsMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standardsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience operating TSUGAMI or similar Swiss-type CNC machinesSteel-toe shoes requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet production deadlinesFamiliarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredSchedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMOvertime available on an as-needed basisBenefits:Weekly pay through AlltexOpportunity for long-term placement based on performanceSupportive team environment with room for growth401 kHealth insurance
