Insight Global is seeking an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to support a critical mission within the intelligence and defense community in Dayton, OH. This individual will leverage SysML v2 to develop system reference models, conduct complex system analysis, and support the NASIC/NSIC mission. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader capable of mentoring junior engineers while contributing independently on highly visible programs.

What You'll Do
• Create and maintain system reference models in SysML v2
• Perform and lead system analysis efforts
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior MBSE engineers
• Develop analysis reports and executive-level briefings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Work independently to solve complex technical challenges
• Support mission-critical intelligence and defense initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
• 5-10 years of Model-Based Systems xhqgsiq Engineering (MBSE) experience
• Strong experience with SysML modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in a related technical discipline
