Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting RMF for DoD systems
• Hands-on experience in eMASS creating, updating, and maintaining authorization packages
• Experience developing and collecting security control evidence and compliance artifacts required for ATOs
• Experience supporting systems through the authorization process on classified networks
• Working knowledge of NIST 800-53 security controls and RMF documentation
• Experience collaborating with engineers and system owners to resolve RMF findings and package deficiencies
• Active Security+ certification (IAT II)
• Active Secret clearance or higher Previous ISSM experience
• Experience supporting Air Force or Naval programs
• Experience with continuous monitoring and periodic assessments
• CAP, CASP+, CISSP, or other advanced cybersecurity certifications
• TS/SCI clearance
