TS-Cleared Program Cost Controller

Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA seeks a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 3 or 4 to support budgets, schedules, and financial analyses for contracts advancing national and global security. The role requires active Top Secret clearance and experience with earned value management and government cost control guidelines.

You will develop WBS, budgets, funding projections, and perform variance analyses, ensuring funding availability while coordinating with programs and government customers.
