Trusts & Estates Associate

I'm working with an established law firm in Northbrook that's looking to add a Trusts & Estates Associate to its growing practice.

This is a great opportunity for a junior attorney looking to build their career in estate planning, work directly with clients, and gain hands-on experience with more sophisticated planning matters alongside experienced attorneys.

What You'll Be Doing

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Assist with estate and trust administration, probate, and related matters.
• Work directly with individuals and families to understand their estate planning goals.
• Gain exposure to estate and gift tax planning and more complex wealth transfer strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of trusts and estates experience.
• Illinois Bar admission.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and handling probate or trust administration matters.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in developing a long-term T&E practice.
