For the right attorney, this is a rare opportunity to join a focused practice at the beginning of its next chapter while stepping into a stable, substantive, and well-developed client service environment.You will support high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, families, fiduciaries, and charitable organizations with estate planning, probate and trust administration, tax-related planning, business succession, asset protection, charitable giving, and related private client matters.The strongest candidate will bring sound judgment, strong drafting ability, excellent communication skills, and a sincere interest in serving clients with professionalism, discretion, and care.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to clients in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related planning mattersDraft, revise, and finalize wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related estate planning documentsAssist with wealth transfer, asset protection, charitable planning, business succession, and tax-sensitive planning strategiesSupport probate and trust administration matters, including fiduciary guidance, beneficiary communication, filings, deadlines, and administration strategyParticipate in client consultations and help translate complex legal and tax concepts into clear, practical guidanceSupport planning for business owners, closely held businesses, family entities, high-net-worth individuals, and charitable organizationsCollaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver accurate, responsive, and high-quality client serviceRepresent clients in probate court and related proceedings when necessaryContribute to firm growth through strong client service, professional relationships, and business development efforts
