What you'll be doing:
- Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents
- Guiding clients through estate and trust administration from start to finish
- Advising on estate planning strategies, probate matters, and asset protection
- Building genuine, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and responsiveness
- Collaborating with attorneys across practice areas to serve clients holistically
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of estate planning and trust/estate administration experience
- Connecticut Bar admission (New York Bar a plus)
- Strong drafting and writing skills, with an organized and thoughtful approach
- Someone who enjoys working with clients and values being part of a team
