• Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
• In-person with a close-knit team of professionals

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

1. Drafting estate planning documents including but not limited to: Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Prenuptial Agreements, and Special Needs Trusts;
2. Drafting and Recording xhqgsiq of Deeds;
3. Trust Administration, including but not limited to obtaining EINs, trust accountings and preparing Small Estate Affidavits;
4. Forming Corporations and LLCs; and
5. Knowledge of e-filing with Odyssey.
