Position: Trust & Estates Attorney
Location: Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid/ Fully Remote)
A well-established law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. The role involves handling a variety of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, trust administration, wills, probate, and wealth preservation.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Illinois
- 3+ years of experience in trusts and estates law
- Strong, hands-on experience in trust and estate matters is required for consideration
- Experience with estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and trust administration
- Knowledge of estate and gift tax planning is a plus
- Strong legal research, drafting, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to independently manage client matters and provide effective estate planning solutions
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $300,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
