Required:7 plus years of wood truss design experienceProficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable softwarePlus experience designing wall panel or timber trussesAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawingsExcellent math skillsEstimating and quoting experience from take offsExperience managing others / 2-3 remote employees and 2 in office employees and checking their workAbility/experience creating and managing schedules - criticalAbility to work closely with sales and plant to meet goals and stay on scheduleAble to lead others, assign work, check work, ensure schedules and goals are metBudgets and forecastingReview contracts and purchase ordersSalary range: $80,000-$120,000 (depending on experience)Must be able to work in Nashville officePlease send resume for immediate consideration: /Text Wendy
