You will create shipping routes, load product, and route trucks for delivery to customers.HOW YOU WILL DO ITCoordinate and execute the loading of SAPS and transfer trucks according to production schedules and shipping requirementsPlan, coordinate, and execute truck routing schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goodsOperate forklift and material moving equipmentUse a computer to perform data entryOperate a tractor trailer within the confines of the facility (training provided on the job)Maintain regular and predictable attendancePerform other related duties as assignedWHAT WE NEED FROM YOUBasic requirements:Minimum of 6 months of related experience6 months of prior forklift operating experience preferred; candidates without it must be able to be licensed to operate mobile equipment, including forklift and 4DValid driver's license (CDL not required)Knowledge of arithmeticBasic computer skills, including a working knowledge of ERP systems (Visual/Smart Views) and truck routing softwarePhysical requirements:Routinely required to stand and walk; use hands to handle and feel; reach with arms and hands; and climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlRoutinely performs repetitive movements such as bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and pullingRoutinely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 poundsVision requirements include depth perception and the ability to adjust focusMust be able to wear all necessary safety equipmentRoutinely work in a noisy environmentAbility to work in a non-temperature-controlled environmentRoutinely exposed to moving and mechanical parts and potential exposure to electrical shockWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM USCompetitive pay: $20–$23/hr + bonusesSchedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–3:30 AMWeekly pay16 days of PTO in your first year401(k) with match starting Day 1Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective the 1st of the month after hireHSA with company contribution up to $1,500, FSA, and wellness premium discountCompany-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leave, and tuition reimbursementPet insurance, healthcare concierge, EAP, and more!This job description describes the general nature and level of work expected.
