Truck Driver
CAHC CORPORATION, a demolition company located in Woodside, Queens, New York City, is looking for a compact truck driver with a CDL License and at least 5 years of experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, full-time (8 hours) or part-time (5 hours) as needed. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Proficiency in safe driving practices, vehicle operation, and basic truck inspections and maintenance.
- Ability to complete trip logs, delivery paperwork, and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong time management, route planning awareness, and reliability in meeting delivery schedules.
- Effective communication skills, professional customer service, and respectful interaction with team members.
- Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks, secure cargo, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to comply with all company safety policies, attend required trainings, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Previous commercial driving or freight delivery experience is preferred but not required.
