Trim Carpenter

Location: West Chicago, IL

Schedule 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as required)

Pay Rate $20.00 – $26.00/hour, depending on experience

About the Role We are seeking skilled Trim Carpenters for a production environment in West Chicago. This role involves detailed finish work, working with wood materials, and ensuring high quality craftsmanship on all products.

Key Responsibilities • Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, and wood components • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Ensure precise measurements and high quality finishes • Sand, shape, and assemble wood parts as needed • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety procedures • Assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications • Previous trim carpentry or finish carpentry experience required • Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints • Experience with hand and power tools • Must bring own tools • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment
