Gillmann Services is now hiring a skilled Carpenter / Glass Installer for work in the Beckley area!
Previous experience with commercial glass installation strongly preferred
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints on commercial and residential sites
- Take accurate measurements of glass and other construction materials, cut and modify pre-installation
- Load and unload prefabricated windows, tools, other materials onsite
- Maintain clean work environment on all sites
- Follow all safety protocols on job sites and in shop
- Any other duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to stand/ bend/ crouch/ lift up to 75lbs regularly during shift
- Knowledge of all required hand and power tools
- Ability to follow verbal instructions, work independently as well as with a team
- Carpentry, glazing experience
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening, driver's license and reliable transportation
