We are seeking a Construction Trim Carpenter to join our construction team. This position will support the interior finish work on large-scale multifamily and senior living construction projects.

We are seeking a Construction Trim Carpenter to join our construction team. This position will support the interior finish work on large-scale multifamily and senior living construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and trim interior doors
- Install and trim windows
- Install baseboards and other interior trim
- Install laminate countertops
- Install closet shelving
- Install finish hardware
- Follow established construction plans, instructions, and project guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other members of the construction team
- Perform other related finish carpentry duties as needed
- Previous finish carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions, measurements, and established guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
- Valid driver's license preferred
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand and walk for extended periods, including up to 8-12 hours during a workday
- Frequently bend, kneel, reach, climb, and work in various positions
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
