Paramount Legal is currently recruiting for an experienced Trial Paralegal to join an Atlanta insurance defense law firm! This is a great opportunity for a seasoned litigation paralegal who enjoys being actively involved in trial preparation, taking ownership of cases, and working with a team of attorneys. Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Extensive trial preparation experience, including preparing witness and exhibit lists, coordinating expert witnesses, preparing trial notebooks and exhibits, and assisting attorneys throughout trial
- Strong experience drafting and responding to discovery requests
- Experience preparing medical chronologies and summaries
- Experience with depositions, subpoenas, and case management
- Experience billing time
- Insurance Defense experience preferred
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
