Responsibilities
- Represent clients in real estate litigation and business torts.
- Handle officer and director liability matters.
- Manage complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
- Conduct insurance litigation proceedings.
- Develop and maintain a portable book of business.
Requirements
- Proven trial experience in state and federal courts.
- Portable book of business with current and potential clients.
- Willingness to become admitted to The Florida Bar.
- Spanish language skills preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to The Florida Bar preferred.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
