What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in good standing
- Litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Confidence in managing cases and thriving in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do
- Handle all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
- Draft compelling motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal briefs
- Conduct depositions and interact directly with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Appear in court, mediations, and hearings
