Civil Litigation AttorneyOur firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience to join our practice.Responsibilities include:Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionDrafting pleadings, motions, and discoveryConducting depositions, hearings, mediations, and trialsCommunicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courtDeveloping case strategy and advising clients on risk and exposureQualifications:Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolActive license and in good standing with the Florida state barMinimum of five (5) years of civil litigation experienceStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsDemonstrated courtroom and/or hearing experienceAbility to manage deadlines and work independentlyPreferred:Experience handling complex litigation mattersFamiliarity with foreclosure, landlord/tenant and real estate litigation
