Civil Litigation Attorney
Our firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience to join our practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conducting depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Developing case strategy and advising clients on risk and exposure
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license and in good standing with the Florida state bar
- Minimum of five (5) years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated courtroom and/or hearing experience
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Preferred:
- Experience handling complex litigation matters
- Familiarity with foreclosure, landlord/tenant and real estate litigation
