What You'll Do
- Represent plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation from intake through trial.
- Manage cases involving motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, and medical negligence.
- Conduct depositions, motion practice, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Develop litigation strategy with medical, engineering, and liability experts.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel while always preparing cases for trial.
- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and compassionate advocacy.
- Collaborate with an experienced litigation team dedicated to achieving outstanding results.
What We're Looking For
- Active Arizona Bar license (or ability to obtain admission promptly).
- Litigation experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or civil litigation.
- Courtroom experience with depositions, hearings, and motion practice.
- Desire to become an exceptional trial attorney.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Self-motivated attorney who enjoys challenging cases and standing up for injured clients.
- Team player with outstanding communication and client service skills.
- $100,000–$160,000 based on experience
