The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, as well as strong legal writing and trial skills.Responsibilities of the position include:Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and motionsNegotiating settlements with opposing counselPreparing for and trying cases to verdictProviding legal advice to clientsQualifications for the position include:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school2+ years of experience in personal injury lawStrong legal writing and trial skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation: $120,000 - $200,000 DOE Health/dental/vision, insurance and 401(k) plan.
