Primary Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery demands and discovery responses
- Client consultations and hearing preparations
- Expert witness interactions
- Preparing and conducting depositions
- Trial preparation
- Work both independently and closely with other attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
- Admitted to New York required, and admitted to Federal is a plus
- Familiarity with NYSCEF, E-law and PACER
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior plaintiff-side personal injury or trial experience is strongly preferred.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, on-site.
Salary commensurate based on experience level. All interviews are conducted in-person.
