Trial Attorney

Position

Personal Injury Trial Attorney – Marietta, Georgia.

The role involves handling motor vehicle and trucking accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs, with responsibilities that include trial preparation and trial execution.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases
• Drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
• Guiding clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
