Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle complex real estate litigation matters from inception through trial. This is a hands‑on role for an attorney who wants significant responsibility, courtroom exposure, and direct involvement in litigation strategy and client representation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- JD from an ABA‑accredited law school
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Court appearances, depositions, and trial preparation experience
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently
- Must be able to commute to Los Angeles, CA 90067
