Duties
- Manage day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
- Guide clients through the case process.
- Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting expert reports and affidavits.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Indiana State Bar Association.
- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
