What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload
- Develop litigation strategy and prepare every case for trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
- Supervise paralegals and legal support staff
- Maintain exceptional client communication throughout the litigation process
- Deliver outstanding advocacy while achieving favorable client outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience
- Proven trial experience
- Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling:
- Discovery
- Depositions
- Motion practice
- Mediations
- Court appearances
- Trial preparation
- Strong leadership and case management abilities
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
- Passion for client advocacy and courtroom litigation
- Spanish bilingual is a strong plus
