Duties
- Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly.
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
- Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations.
- Serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating for favorable outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience preferred.
- Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies effectively.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active State Bar membership.
