Litigation focuses on a variety of issues in corporate defense work and insurance carrier clients. These include employment matters, premises liability, trucking/auto accidents, and business transaction disputes.
Discovery, motion practice, and exposure to trial work.

- Minimum 2+ years in civil litigation

Compensation:
- Salary listed is minimum submission; actual will be based on experience and skills.
- Bonus for hours in excess of 1,800
- Bonus for origination
