Triage Registered Nurse

Providing professional telephone triage nursing services, the full-time California Licensed Triage Nurse will evaluate patient symptoms, determine urgency, facilitate care, and offer medical advice while working remotely. Key responsibilities Evaluate patient symptoms and determine the urgency of conditions Provide medical advice and facilitate next steps in patient care Document nursing services and communicate changes in patient conditions to healthcare providers Required qualifications Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing in California Two years of clinical nursing experience Current BLS certification Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and clinical documentation skills Experience in an ambulatory care setting and/or telephone triage is preferred
