Present and explain recommended treatment plans to patients in a clear and supportive manner
Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements
Verify insurance coverage and provide accurate cost estimates
Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments efficiently
Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
Monitor treatment case acceptance and help improve conversion rates
Provide exceptional customer service and xawqmyg build strong patient relationships
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies Benefits
