Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT), Elk Grove

Location: Elk Grove, CA | Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Overview

An established outpatient therapy provider is seeking a hands-on clinical leader to manage day-to-day operations at one of its treatment centers while maintaining a full patient caseload. This role blends clinical care with business management, overseeing staff, compliance, and growth through relationships with local referral sources.

What you'll do

• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, including performance reviews and employee relations
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation
• Ensure adherence to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering
• Drive growth through local marketing efforts to referral sources

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program
• Current state licensure
• CPR certification
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds
