Join us!We are seeking a Director-level Product Manager to join the team responsible for business management of Bank of America's U.S.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) product. This product supports 40,000+ clients, processes over 280M transactions monthly, and generates $460M+ in annual revenue.In this role, you will combine strategic leadership, product management, and risk oversight to drive innovation and ensure the continued growth and resilience of a critical payments product.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight of key components of the ACH product, including risk, controls, and client experienceLead risk management and compliance governance, including executive-level reporting and issue remediationAct as a senior ACH SME, supporting complex client engagements and high-impact issue resolutionInfluence and partner with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, risk, compliance, and technologyLead and prioritize product development roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectivesDrive end-to-end ownership of product processes, ensuring scalability, control, and operational excellenceContribute to talent development and team leadershipRequired skills:10+ years of experience in product management, treasury management, or paymentsDemonstrated experience operating at strategic and execution levels simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of electronic payments and treasury servicesProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiativesExperience managing risk, controls, or regulatory-driven processesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence partners, and adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to work effectively across multiple lines of business and functions, value diverse perspectives, and contribute to shared outcomes in a matrixed environmentAdvanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordBachelor's degree requiredDesired skills:Deep expertise in ACH and Nacha rulesLeadership experience, including team mentorship or informal people leadershipExperience managing large-scale, high-volume payment platformsAbility to represent the bank in payment industry groupsSkills:Leadership DevelopmentProduct Design and DevelopmentProduct ManagementProject ManagementStrategy Planning and DevelopmentInnovative ThinkingPerformance ManagementProcess ManagementRelationship BuildingAgile PracticesBusiness AcumenBusiness DevelopmentOral CommunicationsProcess EffectivenessShift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - IL - Chicago - 110 N Wacker Dr - Bank Of America Tower Chicago (IL4110), US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range $126,500.00 - $246,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
