Treasury Operations Manager

Overseeing treasury operations and banking relationships, the full-time remote Principal, Treasury & Banking will manage cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and investment activities to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management Oversee banking relationships and lead the evaluation and implementation of treasury systems to enhance operational efficiency Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership on liquidity, investments, and financial risk management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance Demonstrated experience managing cash, liquidity, treasury systems, and banking relationships Experience providing financial analysis and treasury expertise to senior leadership Ability to support compliance program objectives and interact cooperatively with colleagues
