Treasury Manager

The Treasury Analyst plays a key cross-functional role supporting two global teams: Treasury Operations and Capital Markets. This position is responsible for core cash-flow forecasting, international cash management, and key debt-management initiatives. Additionally, the role oversees banking mandate updates, KYC compliance, and the ongoing review of Treasury Policies to ensure Global Finance guidelines remain effective, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Banking: Manage global financial services cash management, retail, and e-commerce banking services across international operations, including financial banking for currency-regulated countries outside the In-House Bank.
• Cash Flow Forecasting & Automation: Support global cash flow forecasting initiatives, specifically driving the international forecasting build and leveraging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-enabled tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Investments & Guarantee Issuance: Execute investments trading for operational cash. Oversee the global review of the Guarantee-issuance policy and implement systems/processes for bank, parent, and deposit guarantee execution.
• KYC & Banking Documentation: Coordinate worldwide KYC compliance, support international banking documentation, and partner directly with the Bank Administrator.
• Foreign Exchange (FX) & Policy Review: Monitor the effectiveness of updated FX policies, provide continuous improvement feedback, and ensure Global Finance policies align with market best practices.
• AI & Project Initiatives: Lead AI-related treasury projects and prepare project planning materials to educate relevant stakeholders on upcoming policy and process updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Finance degree preferred). Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.
• Work Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of global financial services, cash forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of foreign exchange (FX) risk management experience.
• Technical Skills & Systems:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office business applications.
• System implementation experience; familiarity with SAP, treasury workstations, and FX risk management SaaS platforms/tools.
• Experience with Fintech, Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or AI platforms is strongly preferred.
• Core Competencies:
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines independently.
• Strong analytical judgment, strategic problem-solving capabilities, and effective decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset and a drive for continuous process improvement.
