Our client is a well-established global investment management firm seeking a Treasury Operations Manager to support treasury technology, banking operations, cash management infrastructure, and process improvement initiatives. This individual will play a key role in treasury transformation efforts and partner across Finance, Treasury, IT, and banking relationships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Manage system configuration, workflows, user access, security profiles, and approval hierarchies
- Lead system upgrades, testing, implementations, and production support activities
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Oversee bank connectivity, file transmissions, and treasury reporting processes
- Manage bank reporting formats including BAI2, CAMT, MT940, and related treasury data feeds
- Support cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and treasury analytics initiatives
- Partner with Treasury, Accounting, IT, fund administrators, and banking partners on system integrations and enhancements
- Administer online banking platforms, user entitlements, and treasury-related access controls
- Support bank account administration, KYC documentation, and signer maintenance
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and treasury technology projects
- Identify and implement automation, process improvement, and treasury transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and SOX requirements
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of treasury operations, treasury systems, banking technology, or financial systems experience
- Hands-on Kyriba administration experience is required
- Strong understanding of cash management, treasury operations, and bank account administration
- Experience supporting treasury file transmissions and bank connectivity solutions
- Knowledge of BAI2, CAMT, MT940, and treasury reporting formats
- Experience with SFTP and secure file transfer technologies
- Familiarity with SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host connectivity, and ISO 20022 messaging
- Experience administering online banking portals and user access controls
- Strong understanding of SOX controls and treasury governance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work onsite in San Antonio full-time
