Remote Full Time Finance

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage Treasury function within Red Ventures driving process ownership and accountability.
  • Lead, manage, and develop direct report(s) by setting clear performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, supporting career development, managing workload prioritization, and fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performing team environment.
  • Review and approve treasury transactions, including funding wires, cash concentration transfers, debt‑related payments, and other non‑standard disbursements.
  • Support resolution of international wire issues, working with internal teams and banking partners to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
  • Continually monitor banking activity for unusual activity and lead incident response coordination with banks in the event of fraud.
  • Oversee the weekly cash forecasting process, including collaboration with Accounts Payable to project cash outflows, analysis of variances between actual and forecasted cash, and reporting insights to leadership to support informed liquidity decisions.
  • Partner with FP&A, Tax, and Accounting teams to develop and maintain monthly, 13‑week, and annual cash forecasts across all business units; present results to leadership monthly including variance analysis.
  • Manage relationships with commercial banking partners including, but not limited to:
    • Overseeing bank account administration, including account openings and closings, signer updates, KYC compliance, and ongoing maintenance;
    • Evaluating and implementing new banking solutions and/or ancillary services to optimize cash management and liquidity while considering wallet share and bank fees;
    • Leading the implementation and management of cash management products (e.g. positive pay, remote deposit capture, merchant services);
    • Collaborating with banking partners to develop and manage hedging strategies, including interest rate collar or swap scenarios.
  • Administer and enhance treasury controls, including fraud prevention, account funding procedures, user access reviews, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Partner with Financial Systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality of bank accounts within the ERP system.
  • Monitor bank fees through account analysis statements, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Review and interpret debt agreements to support debt management strategies and ensure compliance with financial covenants, including leverage ratio considerations.
  • Coordinate the preparation and filing of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) reports in partnership with the Tax team.
  • Act as key partner with insurance brokers to manage corporate insurance programs, including policy renewals, coverage analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Lead or support special projects and ad hoc treasury initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Banking/Treasury and demonstrable success
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel modeling skills and familiarity with treasury forecasting techniques
  • Strong team player who can demonstrate ability to work in a cross functional environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal communications skills, displaying the ability to influence at all levels, build teams and encourage evolution
  • Specific to people leadership, candidates who have experience in mentoring or managing direct reports, navigating competing priorities, fostering strong cross‑functional relationships, and creating an inclusive, positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and results
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Possess a desire to build institutional knowledge and steep themselves in the company’s values to drive culture
  • Proficiency utilizing financial systems and reporting packages, Workday experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $135,000 - $155,000 per year
