Treasury Manager
IMC Logistics — Collierville, TN - Corporate Headquarters
Position Overview: Supervise banking and treasury processes along with leveraging strong accounting and analytical backgrounds to explore historical financial data, predict future results, and drive process and policy improvements.
Responsibilities
- Daily Cash Management
- Update and maintain daily banking reports
- Set the daily cash position
- Invest excess cash, as needed
- Project short-term and long-term cash needs
- Initiate payments such as wires, ACH, etc., using online banking portal
- Maintenance of bank accounts (opening, closing, authorized signers, etc.)
- Develop sound relationships with banking partners
- Partner in and assist in the potential transition of banking relationships
- Assist with Financial Audits
- Support accounting managers with month-end tasks, as needed
- Process remote check deposits on a weekly basis
- Complete ad hoc projects
- Work closely with IT on projects to improve systems processes and automation
- Use Cost-Benefit Analysis and Break-Even Analysis, as needed
- Compile large datasets and organize in an effective manner to gain insights
- Analyze market and economic trends and their potential impact on the company
- Document policies and procedures
- Analyze account analysis statements to identify errors, trends, or any pricing concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business, finance, or other relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong general experience with all other Microsoft Office products
- General Treasury, Accounting, or A/P Experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
