Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Treasury Manager to be responsible for overseeing the organization's cash management activities, supporting liquidity planning, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring efficient financial operations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes, support strategic initiatives, and provide financial insights that help drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash activities and support short- and long-term cash planning.
- Monitor liquidity and prepare cash forecasts for leadership.
- Coordinate funding activities and support internal financial transactions.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with account administration.
- Support investment, borrowing, and financing activities as needed.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and other departments on treasury-related initiatives.
- Oversee treasury-related systems and identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
- Assist with financial risk monitoring and support business continuity planning.
- Participate in projects related to organizational growth, operational improvements, and business integrations.
- Prepare treasury reports and maintain documentation to support internal policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury management
- Experience with cash management, financial analysis, forecasting, and banking operations.
- Familiarity with financial or treasury management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
